Gather and Prep

We only accept items in excellent condition:

Freshly laundered or dry cleaned, wrinkle-free

No damage (missing buttons, broken zippers, etc.)

No stains, pilling, holes, or scuffs

Odor-free (no smoke, pet, or musty smells)

Authentic (no replicas or knockoffs)

No alterations

We accept both designer and mainstream brands, and add new ones regularly.

Step 2

Drop Off & Shop

Bring your like-new, in-season items on hangers, which will be returned. Our experts carefully evaluate each item, using our time-tested process.

Bring up to 30 items per visit — one visit per day.

Tuesday: Consignment by appointment only

Wednesday to Saturday: Walk Ins available from 10AM–2PM

Step 3

Maximize Your Return

We work to get the fastest and highest return for every item you consign. To increase visibility, your items may travel to another location or be featured on our social media channels.

Shop or Collect

Once your items sell, you can choose to use your earnings toward in-store purchases — with thousands of new arrivals priced up to 70% off retail — or request a disbursement. To request a payout, simply submit your disbursement request by the last day of the month. Your funds will be ready for pickup on the 10th of the following month.

Consignor Earnings

Items sold for under $50 earn 40% of the selling price. Items sold for $50 or more earn 50%. Select designer brands that sell for $300 or more earn 70%.
