Position Descriptions

Merchandising Manager: Visual display, rack maintenance, merchandise movement, customer service, floor control. 
Qualifications: Flair for fashion, sparkling personality, speed and accuracy.

Fashion Coordinators: Direct customer contact, assisting in sales, putting together outfits and wardrobes. 
Qualifications: Flair for fashion and color, dynamic personality, warm and understanding. Sales ability.

Management: Learning and working toward a management career at an existing or new location. 
Qualifications: Flair for fashion, ability to lead by example and motivate employees, effervescent personality.

Sales Assistant: Customer service, accepting articles on consignment, customer purchases, pricing, tagging and hanging merchandise. Qualifications: Tactful, articulate, fashionable, considerate, and delightful.
